Both my shoulders are messed up - one already a reverse total replacement (way less pain than before) and the other goes under the knife next week. The surgery definitely remedies the ongoing arthritic pain, but I still need a comfortable way to lounge in bed, even sleep when I get upper respiratory congestion. I bought several wedges over the years, but mostly they are much the same and none are really comfortable after 40 minutes or so. Forget sleeping on them. And all are narrow (20-21"), so both arms hang off unless I cross them on my torso [and duct tape them there]. This product is SO comfortable. I admit after a couple of days, I was a bit stymied as to where to stow all 4 pieces when not using them. However, those 4 pieces make this product so flexible and tailored to your needs and preference, minute by minute, day by day. The back support is 25" wide - my shoulders actually fit on it. Study the photos of the back support: the molded shape (which reminds me of my old Calculus text) lets you customize your sitting angles and degree of tilt from the mattress surface. The back wedge can also be placed in several ways to customize those options further. All surfaces of the back wedge are textured so it does not slip or slide after placement; same for the back surface of the back support. I really think the manufacturer needs to create a video (not a quickie 30-second one) that actually shows many of the alternative positions possible with just the back wedge and support. I actually looked online (to no avail) for at least a user guide recommending placements. I never used a knee wedge before this, but it is really an asset for napping. And the simple wedge that resembles a velveteen Lincoln Log is wonderful as a head/neck rest and also as a elevation aide for my yet-to-be-augmented upper arm and shoulder. If you like lounging in bed to watch TV, read, crochet, knit, etc. - the purchase of this wedge support system is well justified.

This pillow was perfect for enabling me to sleep upright after abdominal tummy tuck surgery. The pillow is east to adjust how upright you want to be on the bed or the couch. The pillow designed to go under your knees is the perfect height and very comfortable. The fabric is a very soft microfiber and the support is just right while still having the comfort of memory foam. There are numerous velcro straps making it easy to connect the small rounded pillow to the upright portion at different places for neck support. Also great for upright reading in bed. Does not scrunch down like a traditional armed back pillow. I would recommend this product!!

Needed something more than pillows after THP (total hip replacement) and this thankfully did the trick! Spent forever going through reviews for this one and others. So worried about choosing the wrong one. Almost didn’t order because of the bad reviews about horrible smells, not receiving all the pieces and bad quality. Nervously I placed my order and just “WOW”! It was just what I needed!! Very supportive and helped so much for pain relief. Comfort level very high ans well. Also, NO SMELLS!! All pieces there and NO falling apart. Very important when you first open it to give it time to fully expand, which is not long. Cant stress this enough because at first glance it had me worried. Also, the size is perfect not only for myself (5’4”) and son (6’2”). This is the one people!! Oh… also my son is wanting it badly for reading, playing video games and just for comfort after seeing mine so there’s that too lol!!

I bought this pillow system for near upright sleeping. My lungs are really beat up and sleeping at an incline is a necessity. Also it solved my nighttime acid reflux problem. It was a nightly problem but for the short time I’ve had this pillow, I’m good. It makes breathing while sleeping easier. This set up is great. I’ve not used it long but so far so good. If anything changes I’ll update my review. The quality is great. Strong zippers, soft smooth surface. I’ll use it as is for a while then probably wrap it in a nice sheet or something. It’s not necessary as the covers come off for cleaning but we’ll see. The fabric is quite warm and fuzzy. Ridiculously soft. I prefer a cooler pillow case. The pieces can be arranged many different ways for different purposes. As you can see in the product pictures. I use the side sleeping arrangement. The bottoms are textured so the pieces do not slide around at all. It’s really quite nice. The whole thing came wrapped up nicely in plastic and carefully boxed. It is foam and as such was squished. The instructions (just a paper) state to let it sit unwrapped for two days to air out. Again it is foam and foam can absorb factory smells and stuff I would imagine. I didn’t notice any smells but I placed everything by an opened windows for two days anyhow. I’m using it as I type this review and even with my head resting against it, smell nothing. The foam is firm. I’m a light dude so I don’t sink into it much at all but it does give comfortably when I press into it. It would more than likely be great for heavier persons. Long story short, this thing is well worth the money I paid for it. I should have bought one sooner. I’m 40 and when I find things like this that improve my quality of life, I get super excited. It’s weird getting old lol

I bought these for me and my wife as Xmas gifts for multiple reasons to see how it would work for my back, hip and leg pain that has developed after 2 motorcycle accidents along with snoring and wife's sciatic pain and snoring. I wish I bought these years ago. Normally takes me 5 minutes just to be able to get into a standing position when I wake up in the morning but not after sleeping with these. We both wake up with minimal pain neither of us snore and I'm able to get out of bed into a standing position in a minute. Highly recommend for anyone with back, hip, leg pain or just for someone who snores. They're comfortable and I'm a big guy and they're firm but soft and don't buckle down or go flat on you. I'm normally a side sleeper but these make sleeping reclined on my back in a zero g position very easy and very comfortable

I had a shoulder Arthroscopy surgery on my arm and needed support quickly. This support system looked very good online some of the reviews kind of made me feel uneasy about the purchase at first. None the less I ordered this product. It came very fast and it is very nice. "See picture" the pieces are nice and firm and contoured for support. The package comes with a wedge for behind the main cushion, the main cushion, a pillow cushion for the main cushion a leg pillow for behind the knees and two vacuum bags to store the system later. Now the reviews about the "SMELL" being brand new memory foam it's going to have a smell kind of like a new mattress. It's not as bad as some reviews say in fact it's hardly there. I advise to just let it air out for the several hours like it advises then it will be fine. Go a little extra and spray it with your favorite scent and you'll be good to go. I'm 6' 2" 230lbs and this system worked perfectly fine for me. I would fully recommend this product.

I purchased this product at the advice of my doctor. I found it to be too bulky and stiff. If you watch TV in bed it may help in staying reclined, but I watch TV on my couch and it was just too big and bulky for the couch. It has about 5 pieces and I couldn’t figure out how to assemble them because no instructions were included. Also, if you purchase, DO NOT remove entirely from its box. It is very difficult to put back in the box if you decide to return. I had to pay UPS $26 to pack the product in one of their boxes, and after 3 weeks, I still have not received a refund. I gave it 3 stars because I’m sure many will find it useful.

I recently had a huge surgery in my face, had to cut through bones, and I had to sit up for a very long time so the blood would drain forward and not into my lungs. It was SO comfortable and the "convertible" part was VERY helpful when I got the "ok" from the Dr that could lay down more, but still needed to be at an incline. The knee pad was also very helpful so that I did not "slip" and end up sliding down. I stayed put in my sit up position for hours and felt very secure! My husband also just recently just hurt this back and this has came in handy. We were very thankful we had it! So the price is worth it!! I know we will be using this a lot! We are not getting any younger lol
