Q: Is there a way to turn it off?

I couldn't find a switch either like most other little people sets have. My daughter is afraid of the sounds so I had to just remove the batteries completely.

Q: Can anyone tell me the dimensions when folded ?

Sorry I don't know the dimensions folded each side folds in . The overall dimensions our 13.25 Inches (H) x 5.38 Inches (W) x 11 Inches (D). I would assume its 4-5 inches smaller folded.

Q: Question for the red button under the joker screen. Is it suppose to make any sound or what is it for?

The large red button in the picture will turn on pre-recorded messages. The chair being lowered will press a button and play pre-recorded messages. There are no other buttons that cause sounds. However, if the chair is lowered any type of vibration will cause it to start playing.
