Delish! Big fan of healthy “munchies” alternatives like dry roast soybeans. Never had dry roast chickpeas before, but this product as advertised checked all the boxes: organic, no oil, no salt, just peas, a whole and plant food. So I ordered a couple 2lb bags. And I am very glad I did! Very interesting texture and the light “nutty” chickpea flavor, a crunch at first bite through the pea (a nice easy crunch, not “dental work” hard!) then a smooth mouthfeel (which is actually kinda like the dry roast version of a simmered chickpea, come to think of it). I like to mix a portion of these with a portion of soybeans, too! (Hmm, just saw their dried mulberries, too, never had dried mulberries before but I love dried fruit, reviews are great and the price is good. My favorite dried mango is 14oz/$15 while these berries are 32oz/$20. Mango is my queen of dried fruits, but berries new to me at a lower price point will be a nice alternative addition!)

This a a staple in my kitchen. I love the taste, texture, and quality of this product---whether it's to add to a salad, or merely snack on right out of the bag. The organic, highway-protein/high fiber food is a healthy item on my kitchen shelf whenever I need to reach for something to feel good about eating. I've never been disappointed, and will continue to purchase these great Organic Roasted Chickpeas by this small business. You won't be disappointed!

I loved the roasted chickpeas from this seller! They tasted incredibly fresh and high-quality, with a delicious crunch that makes them the perfect go-to snack. I also appreciate that they’re high in both fiber and protein, so they feel as good as they taste. The whole chickpeas were packaged beautifully and arrived looking absolutely perfect. Product arrived in excellent condition. Hard to find roasted chickpeas without added oil. This is a unique offering that I haven’t found anywhere else. So grateful this family owned business has made this product available for purchase. I have ordered several more bags. They are fresh and we are enjoying them with everything. Worth every penny!

I purchased these because I've had them before, mostly in various Indian snack foods. I wanted to try them without salt this time, as I like the chickpea flavor and have been cutting excess salt out of my diet as of late. These are pretty good, I think. Clean, nice cleave and chew without being too crunchy or crumbly. The light roasting means they retain most of their original flavor. I found them a touch dry, but not enough to discourage me from snacking on a handful a couple times a day; if anything it made them more satisfying. What surprised me was that most of the family also enjoyed them just as much as I did, unusual for an unsalted snack. Given that the value is good, and they have a distinct flavor and texture compared to roasted and raw nuts of many kinds. As such, I would recommend these, and will probably order them again in the future.

Definitely 5 stars, even thought it wasn't exactly what I expected, but I think this review will be helpful. I read that other reviewers called these chickpeas "crunchy", and I was hoping they would be crunchy in the same way that I make my air fryer chickpeas, and seeing that there is only one ingredient, the organic chickpeas, I was super excited. These are different though, they are simply dried chickpeas, so yes they are crunchy, but in a similar way to a peanut. In fact, they taste a lot like peanuts, but much healthier of course. I was looking for a high protein snack (other than jerky), and these chickpeas deliver! No oil, which means none of those bad oils we are trying to avoid. No salt either, so I can add a little salt (or other seasoning) to my liking, and not be bombarded with too much bad quality salt, or processed chemical flavors. The trick with these chickpeas is to not get overly excited and pop a whole handful in your mouth, because they are a little powdery when you start to chew them, so be wise and just eat 2-3 pieces at a time, and they are AMAZING!!! Also a great addition to salads or other recipes.

When I tried these my first reaction was oh man these are really dry and pasty, I bought such a large bag how am I going to eat all of these. The flavor was good but the dryness was more than I expected. However that evening I tried them on my salad and I fell in love with them! They were so delicious and perfect for a salad. The next day I tried a handful of these by themselves and I must admit I’m getting addicted to these. The dryness didn’t bother me as much and I found myself eating several handfuls. A little spendy but I would buy again.
