Works exactly as needed. The bracket fits well, feels sturdy, and made it easy to mount a 2.5-inch SSD into a 3.5-inch drive bay. Simple, reliable, and good value for a computer upgrade or repair.

It doesn't get any easier than this- on inspection, it's well made and very sturdy. I put the SSD into the adapter, it fit perfectly and very snug. I attached it to the inside of my PC, hooked it up and it works perfectly. Note it has several ways you can mount it, either into a hard drive slot or caddy, or as I did, find a place and bolt it to the casing. It seems like it won't have any heating issues, but in my PC, there's a fan blowing across it. This is an easy way at a great price to convert your older hard drives to SSDs and still have them fit properly into your machine.

SSD drive fits well, bought to go into removal drive bay. Works good. The solid drive bays work well with removable enclosure mechanism.

Pleased with this item. Seems to be well made. Supplied with plenty of mounting screws. Was easy to insert SSD module into the device, and easy to mount the device to my computer. Attractive price for a good product.

I used this converter to fit a smaller SSD into a HDD slot in my older desktop. Everything fit perfectly and I had no issues mounting the drive. I appreciate it came with it's own hardware as well. Everything was easy to snap together and I had it installed in no time!

I didn't read the description that says they are ABS, from the pics I though it was aluminum. lol, my fault. I'm using them for SSD's so the plastic is fine, but if I was using them for spinning metal 2.5" drives I would prefer to get aluminum adapters for additional thermal dissipation. But

Ideal for replacing the old 3.5"HDD in a computer with a new 2.5" HDD where the hard drive needs to be exactly the same size as a 3'5" drive. This may be the case where the drive plugs directly into computers mainboard without a cable, such as laptop or "all in one" PC such as the older HP Smart Touch. Good quality unit with all necessary screws.
