I’ve repurchased 3 times - EXCELLENT
Primary use is for airBnB property in Hawaii. #1 is placed at door and #2 is placed inside locked owner’s cabinet. When either is activated an alert is sent to my phone in California. Battery lasts 6 months so far, not changed. Low battery is supposed to show in app. We’ll see. #3 sensor will go in my camper. I’m thinking of getting a 4th sensor for luggage left in hotel rooms. Note: I already utilize AirTags for location but this works excellent for determine access. So, 2 different capabilities. .

Simple sensor that works great
I purchased this because my Dad stays in an independent facility but has memory issues. This door sensor sends me a text as soon as the door is opened. This allows me to touch base with my Dad to find out where he is going or run over and assist him. It was reasonably priced and easy to install and setup.

Waste of money!
No instructions other than you have to use a QR scanner to down load an app to use it. OK I did, but once I opened the app and clicked on my product out of many others...it did nothing. I had no clue how to get it to work and no real instructions. Don't waste your time and money.

Works as intended. Wish Google home integration was more.
All 4 sensors connected without issue using one of the 2 apps from the manual (actually tested both). The Google integration is simply just assigning a sensor to your home. I was hoping there would be routines to create to trigger a chime or alarm from one of the nest speakers, but that's not an option. Overall sensors and individual apps work for triggering notifications to your phone perfectly. No false alarms. Just wish Google had more integration.

Way more reliable than previous sensors
They are bigger then my old zigbee sensors, but work wayyyyyyy better. No more random disconnects and much better range. Been using for months and all batteries are still good.

Doesn’t works with Alexa
I ordered this because it works with Alexa. Alexa added the sensor to the device section without problem but that’s it. The routines you create to use it, doesn’t works

So tiny. Easy setup, but not so great.
I didn’t realize this was going to be as small as it was. One I got it out the box, the setup was easy. Open enclosure, install batteries, fix adhesive, mount, setup, program. The device seems sturdy, well built and while I haven’t heard the sound yet, I’m sure it’s one to contend with rival door alarms…Update: Unfortunately this device loses a star again (2nd update). The alarm itself is on your smartphone, so it’s more so a discrete alarm should someone open your door without permission and not an audible alert to scare someone away. Another downside to this alarm is it alerts you when the door opens and closes.(2nd update)I offered the company suggestions as to fix this undesired featured, such as 1) update the app to where it only detects when the door opens or 2) if the previous suggestion is a no go, create an automation to to allow the alarm/notifications to be snoozed for 30 seconds up to an hour 3) another down side to this app is the alarm/notification sound itself. There appear to be no other sounds one can use or the ability to change the duration of the sound itself as it blares on and on for nearly a minute if you don’t cancel the notification or make it an intentional daily effort to turn off the door alarm in the app. This simply wasn’t the device I was hoping for at this point, but these changes could make up for that.

Difficult to set up
I cannot say that these were easy to set up in the beginning it took a couple of tries, went back in the drawer and decided to take out again a month later. The volume that comes through on my phone is very loud that adhesions sticks very well to the door Quality is very high the performance that they are meant to do just that
