With that being said I am very self conscience about my body and I feel like when I go to the gym everyone is staring at me. I have been enjoying these since I received them because it allows me to get a good stretch and workout in and I can actually concentrate on what I am doing since no one else is around. The bands are 12" and they come in 5 different levels of resistance from extra light to extra heavy. The resistance is in the thickness of the band as you can see in my picture. I really like that each band is labeled so there is no guess work, you can just grab the one you need at a glance. The best thing is that it comes with an exercise sheet to get you started. These bands can be used on every limb and muscle in your body, really giving you a great stretch and even a workout with more repetitions. These bands are made out of 100% latex. They come with a really nice drawstring bag to store them in.
