Review: Great for retail environment. - These replaced typical 50-gal trash cans from home depot in my 24 hour laundromat. Very inexpensive upgrade and they are extremely durable. Will be putting them in the other two I am opening from day 1. Don't overthink it. It's a trash can that holds trash. The opening is large enough for bigger objects but it keeps everything hidden. Review: GREAT FOR BACHELOR PADS, BIG FAMILIES, AND FILLING STATIONS... - Well, this isn't for everyone, but if you are looking for this sort of thing, you will be very happy with this product. My friends joke it looks like it belongs in a filling station. But it takes a 39 gallon bag (nothing smaller), and it is incredibly useful. Even with the bag inserted, it looks just like it does in the picture. No bag hanging out. It is a little taller than I expected, almost the height of a bistro table, but it is good looking enough to be out in the kitchen without being put away in a closet, etc. It is easy to wipe down if there are spills. Mine is black, but I have seen them in other colors. I'm considering also getting a blue one for recyclables. What I like most is you cant see the trash in it until it is very full, and even then it is barely noticeable. A great option that frees up pantry space. ## Features - Dimensions: 18.5L x 18.5W x 34.5H inches - 42-gallon plastic square trash can - High-density polyethylene construction - Easy to clean with standard degreaser - Lift-off lid and patented Grab Bag system ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B000E1FMNA | | Additional Features | Trash Bag Fastener | | Best Sellers Rank | #13,158 in Industrial & Scientific ( See Top 100 in Industrial & Scientific ) #66 in Commercial Trash Cans #446 in Trash & Recycling Containers | | Brand | Commercial Zone | | Brand Name | Commercial Zone | | Capacity | 42 gallons | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 out of 5 stars 458 Reviews | | Finish Type | Painted | | Included Components | Container | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 18.5"L x 18.5"W x 34.5"H | | Item Type Name | Trash Container | | Item Weight | 18 pounds | | Manufacturer | Commercial Zone | | Material | Plastic | | Material Type | Plastic | | Opening Mechanism | Open-Top | | Recommended Uses For Product | Commercial | | Room Type | Patio Garden | | Shape | Square | | UPC | 653410000827 791102811174 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Commercial Zone - **Capacity:** 42 gallons - **Color:** Black - **Finish Type:** Painted - **Material:** Plastic - **Opening Mechanism:** Open-Top - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Commercial - **Room Type:** Patio Garden - **Shape:** Square - **Special Feature:** Trash Bag Fastener ## Images ![732101 Open-Top Indoor/Outdoor Square 42 Gallon Large Waste Trash Container Bin, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71uQPTvIvRL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: Is the inner hard plastic liner that is shown in multiple pictures available?** A: Found out the Hard Way ! The wide open top makes it easy for people to dispose of trash without getting the opening messy and in need of cleaning (such as throwing away paper plates after a big event). ## Frequently Bought Together - Commercial Zone 732101 Open-Top Indoor/Outdoor Square 42 Gallon Large Waste Trash Container Bin, Black - Reli. 40 to 45 Gallon Trash Bags Heavy Duty | 250 Trash Bags | Super Sizeable, Black, Garbage for Serious Cleanup - Commercial Zone Products 732104 Square Waste Container,Blue,42 Gallon --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/3666517-732101-open-top-indoor-outdoor-square-42-gallon-large-waste](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/3666517-732101-open-top-indoor-outdoor-square-42-gallon-large-waste) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-23*
