Can i swim in this mac and cheese?

I haven't tried it but I would guess that you can. Suggestion though, I would add double the water so it's not so sticky and mushy when you take a swim. By adding double the water you would need to purchase 4,060 5-packs of Mac N Cheese to fill an 18ft round, 4ft deep pool. I hope this helps! Let me know how it goes!!

what does it include in the box?

This is a pack of 5 of the original Kraft mac and cheese. It includes a portion of elbow macaroni and the little pack of powdered cheese. You will need butter/margerine and milk to make this.

I see some older questions have mixed answers, so i want a current answer. If i order this now will it be the old formula or the new gross one?

Probably the new gross one, but I quit buying it. I switched to another brand.

Are all the ingredients non-GMO? Roundup ready GMO crops absorb glyphosate a neurotoxin and residues get in the food.

It is not in the list of ingredients. There is no mention of GMO or non-GMO on the package. You would have to contact Kraft to get a completely correct answer. But that is a good question!
