After reading all the reviews I was not sure if I should get this or not. Since it was on lightning deal and little bit more cost effective, why not.Out of box, it came out properly. No tear, no peel, no damage.when looking at it, it looks like a $100 dollar item.When you start playing with it and turning it around you can see that the Front Logo of the team, in this case, New York giant is glued. top part is very tight, but bottom right is little sticking out.Suggestion: They should do a better job glueing this properly. I can see it coming out in coupla months...the bottom of the cup is a sticker all around. Its nicley done. Other reviewed had said that it comes off after 1-2 wash. I washed it with soap and warm water..by hand 5- 10 times, just to see if it would so far its still on and no peel or tear and looks greatThe Top is good and easy to come out but strong enough to keep heat in. I filled it with just regular water and flipped it over to see if there was any leakage...and None.... which was good, because if i ever accidently tip the cup over my keyboard,, I know its not going to spill everywhereThere are labels stating DO NOT MICROWAVE. - pretty straight forwardThere is also another label "to Prevent tarnishing hand wash" and dry immediately"Other reviewers stated that it does not keep the coffee HOT.I am drinking a sip every 15 min to see how long before it gets COLD. so far it has made it 15 min and my tongue still burning. so its HOT:).. Let see how it is in 30 min and then 45 and then hour. My personal goal is if it can last an hour, i'm happy I am not expecting miracle for a $20.00 productReaction from Wife: When i opened it and left it on the table, she LOVED IT. It does make a GREAT FIRST Impression...if you are picky then you need i hope this review is good for you...as am I. I will keep it and work with what I have. the front logo, i can manage. nothing a good crazy glue cannot fix if it ever comes out...and I know it will:)cheers

I purchased this as a gift, so I don't know about the quality as far as not leaking or those types of things go. But it is a very nice-looking cup and made an awesome gift!

Thought this looked awesome and I would be able to grip it easier than my old one. While that's all true I have found that it doesn't keep my coffee hot. My old travel mug would keep my coffee hot for hours but this cooled off in less than an hour, hour and a half. And it is warm on the outside when the coffee is put into it. So it's not holding in heat. For my old one I had to leave the coffee to cool for a little while before I poured it in or it would take hours to cool down to a drinkable temperature. So while I love the look the insulation leaves a lot to be desired.

The media could not be loaded.  I dislike that the Steelers Logo wasn’t on the cup at all.

Got 2 of these as Christmas gifts for my Brother & Sister-in-Law who are both Ravens fans, and am glad I did as they love them, this is well worth the money!

I am so happy I bought this for my husband. He was ELATED because of his love for the Cowboys football team. I read some reviews that said the logo falls off, but that is only because they put the cup in the dishwasher. The cup is clearly labeled to not put the cup in the dishwasher because of the rapid change in temperature in the dishwasher will deteriorate the glue used to attach the metallic logo will diminish over time. The lid is secured with a strong rubber seal that prevents the coffee from leaking. We have had no problems with this cup, as we have taken good care of the product itself. This is perfect for bringing to and from work. I would recommend these to go coffee cups to anyone who loves coffee on the go! :D
