Shoji Ueda was an amazing Shoji photographer who started taking photos in the early 1930s and continued into the 1980s. He started as an amateur and as his reputation grew he became a professional. Despite his growing fame, his favourite subjects were found throughout hsi lifetime close to his home town in Tottori prefecture, close to Japan's only sand dunes, which he often used as a setting for some of his surrealism inspired images.

Libro ideale per avere una panoramica completa del grande fotografo giapponese Ueda, ad un costo veramente basso. Il libro è in Francese, ma il compendio fotografico è molto ricco e completo. La stampa non è delle + raffinate ma per il prezzo è assolutamente da acquistare.
