These chopped tomatoes are a kitchen staple for me. The flavour is rich and fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. They’re perfect for everything from pasta sauces and soups to stews and curries.The consistency is spot on—not too watery, with plenty of nicely sized tomato chunks. I also appreciate that the tin opens easily and stores well in the cupboard.Excellent value for the price, and the quality is consistently high. I always make sure to have a few tins on hand. I have to admit, I can be a bit of a tinned tomato snob and always buy premium brands, stocking up especially when they’re on offer. However it can get expensive especially when cooking for a crowd. I saw these and after reading some of the reviews, I gave them a go and so glad that I did. They’re Italian tomatoes in a thick rich sauce, I’ve used them as they are on toast, in curries, stews, bolognese and chilli and I continue to be impressed by their quality and taste.These are now my go to tinned tomato and with the price, it makes them excellent value for money. I’m on my third batch and I won’t be stopping there.

Very good tinned tomato. As good as the increasingly stupidly priced premium brands from Cirio up to Mutti etc.Only 4 because M&S are nearly as good and NOW cheaper in a 4 pack.The deluxe premium brands from the German discounters are currently the most over priced for quality.

These are really good value. There’s not much you can say about tins of tomatoes. I’ve thrown them into a curry and into chilli con carne and they’ve done the job excellently. Chopped tomatoes are usually cheap, but these are great in bulk for those of us without cars.
