You will have redness and indentations for about 10 minutes. I found drinking a lot of water helpful. I’ve only been using this for two days. I received it in the mail yesterday and used it 3 times in 30 minute intervals. Today I used it on my bed rather than my floor. If you are very sensitive, you can try using it with a light t shirt on. I tried this at first but could not feel the needles at all. I can honestly say that this has made my back feel a bit better but I will definitely have to use it everyday till I’m fully heeled. Quality is good and shipping was super fast.
