Great product. One small issue.
These are truly effective when it comes to a good nerve or clarity protocol. Zero side effects. Zero taste. Great value for the money. My.only gripe, if the bottle is shaken too hard during shipping, the pills crumble. We received our bottle with only 6 pills in tact, the rest were broken and crumbled.

Not sure what it’s supposed to do
Bought this in April and I’ve been taking 2 supplements daily, someone said to take it before bed so that’s what I’m doing but tbh I don’t really see or feel a difference. Perhaps, my joints don’t ache as much as they were before? Maybe it’s because of this? Or is it the Korean collagen jelly I’m taking? Or is it the goji berries? Or is it working out? No one knows really. But probably will take it for a few months and then stop so my body doesn’t get used to it.
