I remember buying this at the dollar store, for some reason, I cant find those in any of the stores no more. Luckily, theyre here on amazon, for doubled price, but thats okay. They do work well, however I noticed that the prongs are kinda tilted, not bent. One or both prongs are leaned inwards and when I tried to straighten them out, something pops inside, made me insecure a bit but I still dared and plugged it in, its only to power no more than 100 to 200 watts outdoors so what the heck. And it works, just like the one I got at a dollar store nearly decade ago.I'm glad I got these, still for a reasonable price. Thank you!

I use these with my aquarium filters and heaters.. So easy to turn the filter off every time I feed the fish babies. And turning off the heater every water change without having the plug end fall into the jumble behind each aquarium is such an improvement!

The ONLY complaint is that the prongs on the back are not very thick so that the unit often sets at an angle in the outlet. This might be a concern if small children are around as they may stick an object behind the unit.

I plugged in the light cord for our grandfather clock to this lighted wall adapter and all I have to do is flip the switch to turn on the light instead of always having to plug it in the wall and unplug it again when I want the light off. I leave it plugged into the adapter now, very convenient to use!

These on/off switch wall taps are very convenient to use. I am currently using two of them successfully for cycling the power on a modem and router. I've been using these two for about a month and they are working well and appear to be well made. I am happy with the purchase.

I use these for a mini potpourri pot so I don't have to unplug it, and a swag ceiling lamp so I don't have to reach behind the furniture to turn the cord toggle. I like the "on" light to remind me that the potpourri is on!

tested each one to see if it worked out of the box. They all did. I have been using a few of them for months now with no issues
