If you like chocolate, dark colors, this is like rose in between with dark. So it's not pink, it's in between pink and chocolate, very soft

My husband bought me this lipstick as gifts for my family and relatives when we got engaged. I like this lipstick brand too. Its physical appearance is very eyecatchy. For its quality, I’d say a little wipe of lipstick on my lips will make the color so bold. I prefer light application of it. My last lipstick of this brand lasted 2yrs until it melted in my bag cos Philippines is hot and humid and there’s no AC in the school classroom I’m stationed to teach. Other variants of this brand says $7 up but I got this for $5.50 so I ordered 14pieces. It arrived packed by 3’s in a smal box. I checked if the lipstick is in good shape and glad to see it is. It’s just dusty so I hope I wasn’t given an old stock that’s close to expiry. It’s a good lipstick, long lasting and good value for money.

I really like the color of this lipstick. Plumrose is a soft mauve-pink shade that looks very natural and flattering for everyday wear. The formula feels creamy and smooth on the lips and doesn’t dry them out. The pigmentation is good and it applies evenly in one or two swipes. It also has a light scent that fades quickly after applying. It’s not extremely long-lasting, but for the price and comfort it’s still a nice lipstick to keep in your daily makeup routine.

I saw this recommended in a YouTube video (I believe as a dupe, but I don't remember what for) and decided to give it a try. The packaging is very cute (I wish all of my lip sticks looked like this!) and the cap stays on easily. The lipstick applies like butter. It's very soft and feels like it's conditioning your lips. This does wear off after about an hour. The first time I applied it, I only used the lipstick and the color stayed but after an hr or so my lips felt very dry. With balm underneath or gloss on top it's definitely longer. It smells so good! Lipsticks usually smell like..well...lipstick, but this one smells like fruity-flavored lip balm. The color is great! My lips are more pigmented than average, I'd say so I have to apply extra layers (only reason i gave it 4-stars) and it almost looks sheeny, but very pretty. This would be even better for someone with less pigmented lips. The color is a soft, neutral pink and could be added to ANY look and be gorgeous. I will definitely be adding to my Milani collection now!

I bought a handful of different Milani lipstick brands and the orange gina was one among them because I love orange and orange-based red lipsticks. Once I read the reviews for this one, it was a no brainer for me. When I first applied it, however, my very first reaction was that I didn't like how it felt on my lips. I usually buy glossy or creamy lipsticks which I have to, due to my very dry, easily "chapping" lips so this more matte version felt dry and grainy. Note though, that it only felt grainy but didn't look grainy. Another reviewer mentioned "rusty" which is probably what I am talking about, in different words. Also, with one coat, the orange gina didn't add much oomph to my skin. I am fair-skinned but not pale fair. For reference, the classic ivory CoverGirl foundation is what works on me. Having said that, I found it interesting that the lipstick gave out subtle gold sparkles with just one coat. It took me coating it 3 times to get it's full shimmery effect. This color is quite hard to explain. It's definitely orange but with golden shimmery undertone. I am not the kind of gal who likes nude lipsticks, I like my lips to pop so I decided to add a colorless gloss over the 3 coats of orange gina, and voila! That created the effect I was looking for! Also, the grainy effect on my lips disappeared when I added the gloss. I don't know if the grainy effect is a manufacturing thing or it feels grainy on people with drier lips like mine, but whatever the issue, goes away with just one coat of added gloss. One of the pictures is of me with just the 3 coats of orange gina in indoor lighting and the other is with the 3 coats + 1 coat of colorless gloss in outdoor lighting. I really like the effects of this lipstick with the gloss. It makes me feel sexy without being flashy. Also, I'm an artificial redhead and this color complimented my hair. I wore this to an interview (not a job interview) and felt very confident.I think this is one of the kind of colors that will go with any skin color and will definitely pop for ladies with medium to dark skin. I strongly recommend this lipstick to all ladies as I think its a color that will work on all skin tones and can also be made to look subtler or grander with gloss. I hope my review was helpful.

This lipstick is wonderful. I had one that I used down to the last bit. I got it at a random discount store. Found it on Amazon. Love it. The only issue is they put a nasty sticker on it. Now I have to find some goo remover to take off the residue of the sticker. Not nice! But the product itself is lovely.

Milani are right on top of their formula game with these matte lipsticks, i absolutely love them and will continue to purchase them until i have each of the shades. The formula is extremely comparable to macs matte lipsticks which i think is crazy considering these are a third of the price. The pigmentation is on point, the colours i have so far are beautiful and they last well on the lips if you dont consume anything oily! I am also in love with the packaging and think that they look really expensive on display so they sit next to my mac lippies! I actually moved some other high end lipsticks out of the way to make room for these because they are so beautiful. Highly reccomended affordable lipstick that performs like a high end product.

Another really pretty shade from milani. I love their formula. It glides on nicely and stays put for a few hours before wearing down. Love love love! Highly recommend any of these lipsticks. A little swatch of the product itself.

I really like Milano products and the lipstick was as good as I expected it to be. Enough slip to glide on well, and good colour payoff.
