Not just peanuts
I am a retired guy who has reversed cardio vascular disease with a whole food, plant based diet. I am sensitive to salt and was shocked when my blood pressure shot up after eating this peanut butter. It has about 22 grams of salt in one jar, which is over 4400 mg of sodium, Then I discovered that they also add palm oil, which is not health food for one's arteries either. The rest of the jar went in the waste bin. I'll never buy this brand again.
