I love this pillow. It has solved my neck pain and I'm getting the best sleep ever. The pillow height is perfect and the shape cradles my head the way it should. I never have to wake up at night and reposition it since the density holds its shape, yet it's soft at the same time. I tried a few before I found this one and I knew as soon as I unpacked it I had a winner. It didn't keep a strange crease down the middle like so many of them do after shipping, but most importantly it had zero odor. When we went on vacation I brought it with me because I knew I wasn't going to sleep the same without it. I bought the pillow last November, and after several months of use, it's still like new. The best thing about the pillow is it resolved my neck pain. I'm still rather young, but not as young as I used to be. I kept waking up with awful neck pain and at one point, I couldn't even turn my head. My Doctor told me I needed to switch my pillow because, after an MRI, they couldn't see any cause for concern. So, as I said earlier, I tried a few. They were either, too hard, too tall, too soft, an odd shape, etc... Then I found this one and it turned out to be perfect. My neck pain has totally resolved itself. I feel so much better when I wake up in the morning. Also, when I lay in bed at night and watch TV, the pillow props up nicely and gives enough support for me to see the TV comfortably. Lastly, for us side sleepers who want to put an arm underneath the pillow, it works wonderfully for that as well. I've found myself perfectly comfortable going from my back to my side. I highly recommend this pillow, and if you've already tried multiple memory foam pillows and none of them satisfied, get this pillow! You won't regret it!

My chiropractor introduced me to this modern version of the cervical pillow because I was getting tension headaches caused by neck stiffness. She said that because I have a short neck, who knew, that this type of pillow would be better for me than the traditional cervical one. Overnight, my headaches went away. Keep in mind that I was 100% certain that the headaches were caused by the position of my neck while sleeping, nothing more serious. I find that the best position for me is on my back, but I can also stay on my sides for some time without experiencing a headache. Also, note that there is a piece of foam inside the pillow that you can remove to make the dip even shallower. I did that, and it seems to be the best position for my neck. I ordered the King, but was surprised to see that it is not a standard-size king pillow. It's much shorter, so measure before you buy. Overall a great pillow with removable cover for washing.

I got this for neck pain that I get while reading books and using my laptop in bed. For those purposes it is really great and very comfortable. The lift is a bit too high for me for sleeping but it may very well be OK for others.

I love this pillow. It’s my second one. It’s super supportive and not high like the other ones. It’s true to size and shape. It doesn’t need time to “puff up” like most memory foams. I really feel my neck in neutral position when using it. It’s nice to side sleep as well. I have herniated discs in my neck and this pillow is a life saver!! *** Definitely recommend ***

This pillow lasted me way longer than you should really, hygenically, keep a pillow, so it is absolutely worth the money and I see no reason to spend more on a higher quality that is supposed to last longer when this thing already goes the distance! It lasted me 5 years before the memory foam started to wear out! I sleep exclusively on my side and have developed issues in my cervical spine in recent years, and was starting to struggle with neck & upper back pain and headaches. I did a bit of research and read the reviews and took the plunge on this pillow and it was life changing. I can never go back to traditional pillows. For me, the firmness is just right to give me all night support without being too hard and without going flat over night. The height is just right for me, without needing to take out any of the adjustable pieces, so if you are worried about it being too tall, don't worry, you can take some pieces out! True to the listing title, it doesn't have much of a smell and it airs out quickly and can be used right away. I have gotten a lot of good use out of this pillow and now that it is past time for me to replace it, I am excited to try out Zamat's other, even more orthopedic/butterfly designed pillow they now have! I think it will be an even better upgrade for a side sleeper like me, but if not, I know I can always come back to this pillow as a safe bet.

its was comfy and nice. Bought it as they sed you can get a extra piece if its to flat for free and free shiping. After using it for a month i notest i needed the extra piece. When i tried to contacting them about it they struggled to find my order and where really dismissive during the hole corespondents, took weeks of back and fort messenger that they finally found my order. And then they sed they cant send it to Australia. and this was one of the resos i bought this pillow for the free extra insertion if i needed it.
