Very soft and stayed attached Review: I have a long history with halter fleeces – I used them for my horses for years, and now I use them to cover my dog's harness to protect his sensitive skin – and these are decently fine, and good for the price. They do lose some fluff when they're new, which is why I was vacillating between 4 and 5 stars, but they wear in to be still soft enough and last for a while. If I could give 4.5 stars I think that would be the most accurate assessment. Would fit any size. I love them. very convenient. **Q: Will it fit a pony?** A: The fleece set will need to be cut down to fit a pony **Q: is it real leather?** A: No. It's not leather. That would defeat the purpose of using it. It's fleece, a soft fuzzy cloth with a velcro closure you put on Over the leather nose band of the halter. My horses seem to like them. **Q: Is the purple true purple? Looks more of a pink** A: I have honestly never ordered the purple color however I do know that the colors are very rich I have ordered blue and red and they are very blue and very red in color, almost like a royal color.
