Very basic, fundamental rose fragrance. No spice or "clove" hints. I grow roses as an amateur, and these are very similar to a Mr Lincoln fragrance.I love the variety I have created in my garden with some unusual and uncommon rose types, but there is a quintessential smell to roses that gets overlooked when gardening for specific colors or other requirements. These capture what roses do, and should, smell like.These melts have a wonderful fragrance and reminded me what roses can and should smell like. The throw is very strong. They do tend to have a short life, the only complaint I could think of. But worth it for the scent they throw for the time they last.Compared to the same company's soy wax melt variety, scent is very similar, if not the same. Soy is probably preferable in fragrance, but fades much quicker. All noses are different, but I enjoyed thiz version more, compared to the soy wax versions which seemed muted comparatively.

Sometimes you want a scent that is not overwhelming, especially if you are going to have company over and this is the perfect scent. It's light and airy, a nice floral scent but it is not overly scented and it isn't super powerful. You can definitely smell it, but it's very light. So if that is what you are going for, this is perfect.

Smell is subtle, but lovely.

I love the smell of carnations with their wonderful combination of sweet & spicy, so I was happy to find carnation wax melts.The cubes are slightly larger than others I've been using, so I put only one into my warmer. On the plus side, the fragrance is quite strong - in no time at all you could smell it throughout my entire downstairs. In fact, even the next morning when I got up I could still smell it, even though the warmer had been off for over 12 hours.The unfortunate thing was these things smell nothing like carnations - they're cloyingly sweet, and smell like nothing so much as bug spray - there was none of the spiciness that makes carnations so special. I had to melt some other strongly scented cubes to get rid of the odor.And now the good news...The company saw my original one start review and contacted me. They're not only sending me another fragrance to replace the one I don't like, but also samples of other scents (not wax cubes - something like scented paper). I love how the fragrances are strong and really last, so I'm hoping that I can find a few I like.I'll update my review when I get the new one.

This Lilac wax melt is Awesome, 3 days using now and scent is still evident. Will definately buy again from this company, in fact have more of the same + honeysuckle in my cart as I type this review. :)

burns for about 12 mins and then you cant smell it anymore. I would buy it again but i would like to find some other options first since this is costly for the quality. also not easy to clean from wax burners and its not the burner its the wax, as i have used other wax and it cleaned very easy.

It really smelled better than expected! I couldn’t be happier!!

Oh my God, it smelled like mothballs and plastic. It was so gross. I was so nauseous.

I just got these today and put them in two wax warmers. Within 5 minutes my entire house smelled of jasmine. Im pretty sure i want to smell nothing but these aver again <3
