Why are 3 of the attachments in the holders on the pump but the other 2 are in the plastic bag?

Because there’s only space for 3 clips on the bottom - no, not the best design, but it works. In my experience it’s unlikely you’ll use all the adapters anyway.

The length is 23" which I do believe equates to the metric 60 cm. As this does not exceed your requirements it is not the inflator for you. Good luck in your search. I do query why Amazon don't answer your question for you as they are in communication with the seller of the product, and they have not made it user friendly, for me, in answering you. They have not sent me to an amazon page geared to answer, but a puzzling process of page moves from cookies selection, sign in, previous purchases, all that take me away from the inflator and ability to answer. Makes me inclined to not being helpful if asked again. Pass this on to them.
