I loved using this tape, it really helped me out during a pretty painful part of my life, thanks to my shoulder freezing up. It lasts for about 5 days (even with daily showers). If an edge started rolling up, thanks to clothing rubbing on it repeatedly, I would just trim that portion of the tape and leave the main portion alone. When it peels off, there is no sticky residue left on your skin.

the service from amazon was excellent but i can not same the same for the product i tried it on three seperate times and each time the outcome was the same. the product stuck for only about 30 min then began to peel a bandaid has better holding strength would not reccomend this prduct the original kinesiology strips may cost more but at least they stick

They are awesome and relieve the pain in my knee! I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I have to say that i was on a roller coaster during this whole process. i was so excited not to pay shipping charges, but then when i got them, the count was fewer than i had estimated. i was ok because my estimation was clearly off. i use KT tape but LOVE the SpiderTech powerstrips!!! they are easy to use and they stay on during my grueling workout. I use the blue tape on my knee to keep the cap from slipping. I just wish i could puchase them locally.
