It fits my 2012 200 though. **Q: How do you know where to reattach the arm?** A: It only fits one way. If u look at gear on last picture there is a space in the gear that lines up with slot on HVAC door. Saying that though I bought this unit and it lasted 2 months. Bought Mopar one and it been in over a year still working. **Q: I bought this actuator and had it installed and before the week was up it had already broke. Its says its under warranty, not sure how to access it??** A: This actuator is located behind the glove box. It is a real pain to remove. It is used to open and close your AC vents. When the part goes bad you will hear a clicking sound. I had 2 go bad within a couple weeks. After that I went to my mechanic and he replaced it 2 more times with aftermarket parts. A week ago he ordered one from the dealership and installed it. I was told by my mechanic that the dealer part was a much higher quality.
