Does the cord get hot or make the phone hot?

I have not experienced any hot items while charging my phone.

Yes! (I suspect it charges all “modern” iPhones). I have the 11. It also charges older iPads fully OEM

Not by themselves. They are lightning connectors, as indicated, not a microUSB, C-type USB or anything an Android phone has ever used. I suspect you might be able to use an adapter, but why? - there are several hundred better options for Android-compatible charging cables that are less expensive and easier to use.

Does the cable works 100% for a 6th generation ipad (2018) regarding charging and file transfer?

Sorry not sure about your ipad it eorks perfect on my iphone 13 pro max type C plug. Hope it helps
