Not what I expected but I'm learning to work it!
This product was difficult to connect or remove pieces to adjust to waist size. I had to twist and turn up and down -the connective pieces very hard to remove. The attached ball is very very heavy, which weighs the swinging thread down, so that it flops. Its takes great effort to get it going. The ball is so heavy it hurts but I found out I was using it incorrectly. Now that I got the "swing" of things, it's great. You just have to be patient.

I liked using until it broke
This product was easy to use however on 3 separate occasions the links came unhooked during the exercise and the snaps broke off. I can't use it at all anymore. I ask if there were replacement links and never received a response from the seller. Not worth the money if the product can't withstand the use it was intended.
