Want to be happier?
So I have been using my journal for a while now and I am absolutely loving it!For 5 minutes of investment a day it is really paying dividends! It keeps me positively focused and I find I am navigating my days with ease due to the science and positivity that this journal provides! There is a reason why so many people are using these!I also gave one as a gift to my friend and they say the same thing! 😜👍

Great idea, falling apart
Love the concept and its really working for me. Unfortunately I'm only on week 2 and a whole load of pages are falling out! Very disappointing especially when you consider the cost of the journal.

Its true, the pages fall out ...
I like *everything esle* about this journal ... the concept, the formatting, the prompts. But how can you charge £30 for a small book when the pages fall out after the first day of use? This company needs to start practicing what it preaches ... cutting costs on a (lets be honests) considerably over-priced journal *about self development* seems incredibly deisrespectful of the people purchasing it.

Poor quality
As others have said, had this for 6 days and the pages are all falling out. Have contacted seller to see what they can do. A £2 notebook is better made than this.

Pages fall out
Great tool but all pages fall out. This should not happen for price paid

Pages Falling Out
I really like the questions this journal asks and how it guides you through the reflections each day. Unfortunately mine has pages falling out after just five days of use. Really disappointing.

Read the reviews
So yes!!! It’s true the binding is terrible. Like so many others the pages are starting to fall out and once one goes the rest follow.

Concept is great but this is too expensive and the pages are falling out after one day.
It’s a brilliant idea, and the content is well thought out and engaging. But £30 is at least two times too much. For that I’d expect it to last but was amazed that the pages are falling out already not even a week in!
