✅Hola, te puedo dar algunas indicaciones para cuando vayas a elegir tus artículos:Guiate en las fotos reales de las personas que ya han comprado ya que así podrás darte una idea de la calidad de la prenda.No confíes mucho en la tabla de medidas ya que la mayoría de veces no coinciden, para ello elige la medida que normalmente usas y busca en descripción de la prenda y si la prenda estira escoge tu talla normal y por lo contrario si no estira pide una talla más eso siempre funciona.Los zapatos, pide tu talla normal. Son de muy buena calidad.

I waited until we had mad it through almost both bottles of these. It just didnt work for us. We still had to do melatonin at night to help him calm and settle down. So we were not able to replace this for that. I also think it had the opposite desired effect on his behavior. It honestly mad him more volatile and wired in my opinion. Probably just not a good fit for us.

It helps with my kids pain she has in her calf from time to time. When she takes these regularly she doesn't have it nearly as much.

Doctor said to try magnesium to help the kids get to sleep. They seem to tolerate these. I think they taste pretty good
