Very easy to assemble, easy to clean and empty the used water through a spicktet and expandable exterior hose. The tub remains sturdy when filled with water, without risk of tipping over. I set mine up outside, filled it with the water hose and added ice. Simply stepped in and sat on the little cushion. It really took only initial courage to get in, but felt so great once submerged. My knees and feet joints have been sie from running and this was an immediate relief. Sitting back and resting your head on the inflated tip trail was heavenly! I’m excited to add the cold plunge to my daily routine and health regiment. I love it and highly recommend it! Oh and it was actually bigger and roomier then what I had expected. It did not feel cramped at all!

My shower is small and it fits in it. Be careful covering the drain, I put the hose on top of it and the tub on top of that. It’s slow, but it works. Doesn’t make a mess if I do it that way. It’s tough and a lot bigger then I expected. I’m 5’2” without a bench I’m surrounded. With me in it I fill the tub about 2/3. Water stays hot for a long time, longer then a cast iron tub. Totally worth the money.
