They must be working because I never go outside (and Manchester is very cloudy in the winter anyway) but my blood work came back great, no vitamin D deficiency for me. They're also very tasty, so you feel like you're having a snack instead of taking your vitamins, which is a plus. Makes it easy to stay on top of your dose. I would buy these again.

I really like these gummies, they came recommended after I was diagnosed with a Vit D deficiency. Ive taken them for about 6 months now, and winter felt a lot easier on my system with these acting in the background. My nutritionist said D3 is the best supplement to use. They taste good, and provide a full daily dose in one gummy, which is a lot better than other supplements that often only provide half a dose per gummy.

I really like these, and since they're gummies, it's so much easier to take each day. They're lemony taste and since living in the northern hemisphere is recommended to take vitamin D daily, this is a great way to take it. I won't go back to the drops or tablets I used to take, these are so much better.
