Wanted to love this product but it has two minor flaws...
Wish I could give this a higher rating, I really wanted to love this product but there are a few things that kept me from giving it a higher rating.First the breather hole is entirely too small. The hole is carve into the lid as a cone and there is a rubber plunger from the lid that goes into that hole to keep the liquid from coming out. The problem is, when your are drinking, it is far too small and actually restricts the amount of liquid that moves thru the mouthpiece. It is easily fixable by taking a drill bit and making it larger. And you can make it larger and still have spill protection so I think the manufacturer should really consider doing this at the factory.Secondly, the flip up lid could be designed a bit better. Possibly adding a curve or bend just past the bracket to allow it to sit flush when its opened. Mine only opens to about 125-130 degrees and I find that almost every time I drink I need to wipe liquid off the tip of my nose. Sometimes I even drink with it turned to the side a bit to avoid this particular problem.I've also asked several other family members to use this lid and they all shared the same complaints. While they are small issues, they could def be addressed and corrected by the designer/manufacturer.Hope this review helps.EDIT: Shortly after writing this review, one of the owners of the company reached out to me via email and we had a constructive discussion on my concerns listed above. He offered to make things right and provide a full refund. This shows alot of character in the company (which seems to be very rare these days) and proves they really want to make their customers happy so i've decided to give them another star. Great business sense, I wish them much luck in the future with this product.

Hard plastic straws don't work with this lid.
I like the feature for closing the opening on the lid for my RTIC. However, my long plastic reusable straws do not fit through the opening. I will have to change to disposable straws. Otherwise it's great!

Great option for those with a Yeti! Docked one star because the top will rub on your nose when drinking (annoying to get coffee on your nose).

This lid is actually spill proof! They say not to use hot liquids because the pressure builds up and loosens the lid, I just leave the latch undone for a few minutes after I pour my coffee and I haven't had any issues. Make sure to follow the directions and put the lid on with the latch open and you shouldn't have issues with the lid popping off, this is what I do and don't have any problems. Fits perfectly on my RTIC 30 oz

An okay lid
Drinking hole is a little small and the air hole need to be drilled out some. Besides that works fine

Works great!
I was concerned an "after market" lid would not fit properly, but it fits very well. I also like the flip top on this cover as opposed to the slider that came with the original. I found the slider difficult to clean. This top came as expected. I originally ordered a replacement for my broken (the cup fell) top from a different company. That top also had a slide opening. It never arrived. Guess that turned out to be a good thing.

Great Service and product!
Receive two lids and really like them. One lid was received that didn't close around the drinking hole very well and broke after 3 days. Wrote to Semper regarding issue and they responded the same day that they were sending a new one! Got it today! Lids go with my Rtic 30oz tumbler and enjoy the spill proof seal and the long lasting ice! I choose Semper lids because I wanted to support a USA product and Veterans! Thanks Jason!
