After using a mop similar to this one when cleaning our church, I knew I had to have one. I looked at many different brands. At first I thought to get a 17" one but when I found a 24" one for such a great price I thought I would give it a try and it had good reviews. I have used it once and I love it. I can get in small places like behind the toilet and in corners. So glad I got a 24" one. The pad so far works well and the velcro really sticks to it! And the mop doesn't flip over when mopping like the cheap one I bought at the store. Such a pleasure to use. Seems to be pretty good quality overall. Highly recommend.

I like that this is wider than other models, it makes large rooms easier. Easy to assemble, handle comes in sections so if you are...vertically challenged you can make the handle shorter if needed. 2 trypes of cleaning pads are included. Easy to put on, easy to remove. Seems well made for the price.

Was manufactured wrong!! Wasted money!! I can get packages. But amazon wants me to wait in a line to send a defective product back to them. While they sit safe behind their computers. I'm not going to do that! They seem to make it safe and convenient saying just drop it off but you can't just drop it off. You have to wait in whatever line is there to make sure it's sent back under your name! This company sells defective products AND They want me to wait in line at a UPS store to send a defective product back to them. I WON'T STAND IN LINE TO SEND A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK AND EXPOSE MYSELF TO COVID. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT DON'T BUY!!! GET IT FROM A DIFFERENT MANUFACTURER.

I was so glad to find this mop set and the price was very affordable, I clean buildings and needed a bigger microfiber mop for the for their wood floors. I have received it , but I used it in my building and it was hard to mop backwards without the mop flipping up and made it hard when I mop backwards.

I absolutely think this is the best microfiber mop I could have bought. The mop was easy to put together and use. The mop is sturdy, stylish, and looks like it’s high quality. The long handle and extra wide mop makes cleaning easy. My favorite part is that you don’t have to touch the mop pad to attach it to the mop. Just press the mop onto the pad and you’re ready to go.

Was excited to get this.Comes with three bars to twist in so the handle is fully extended. One bar will NOT twist in.!So we’ve made a rig-it-up scenario but why should I have to duct tape a new product together, right?!So we took it off and make it shorter, but we are tall.Mop head keeps flipping backwards when we slide the head back and forthWaste of moneyI’ll stick with my swiffer, thanks.Mental to constantly waste money

Ugh I was excited for this but you can only use it on certain floors... The cloth itself is amazing & the velcro on the head it attaches to is top notch BUT the head grips too much (gets stuck, doesn’t flow) on certain floors & flips upside down as there is no way to secure it flat. When the head isn’t flipping upside down on you it’s great but it was way to much of a headache for me.

I bought this mop for the cleaning lady to use. She couldn’t come and so I decided to wash the floors myself. I was so excited to use it till I tried pushing it around, It flips backwards and forwards and up and down! Very frustrating! I tried every which way to use it! Even tried lightly pushing it, just flipped up and down.
