PVC meets requirments for secondary food contact, in that it is recommended that fruit is washed before consumption. NEED HEAT GUN
Don't count on a blow dryer shrinking these.....you WILL need a heat gun. I used them as regular bags for holiday baskets but could not get them to shrink even with a professional blow dryer. If you need them for baskets they will work great un-shrunk....not sure how they are shrunk as that did not work for me...

Over all I am happy with my purchase
Size was hard for me to tell with the dimensions given but I can make them work with a smaller sized Easter Bucket. Shrinks fairly well. Over all I am happy with my purchase.
