I use this at work, driving, and just to relax at night. It lays on my neck perfectly and Iove the lavender scent. The size it perfect to fit my neck and lay on my shoulders, it’s the perfect weight to not be overbearing but to tease tension. It holds heat for about 20-30 minutes. I have had it about 6 months and it has traveled with me many times, and still looks brand new and smells brand new. It’s so comfortable, that some nights I fall asleep with it still on. It works really well.

It holds heat well and provides comfort. I personally like to heat it one minute on each side as I like it warmer. It could be that my microwave is not as hot as some. Good item.

This has become my greatest comfort in the last several weeks and I have it on regularly so I joke that it has become my friend. I was rear-ended while sitting at a stop sign and it has caused me severe neck pain and it seems a tear in my rotator cuff. Heat is a great comfort in relieving my pain. I have used other microwaveable heating neck options of which seemed to not hold up to the microwave, even with precautions, or tear at the seams, both leaving trails of seeds and lavender everywhere. This Neck Heat Wrap is the most sturdy I have found yet, have had no issues with microwaving. That and it being extra long allows me to wrap and manipulate it to get on the areas most affected. It retains the heat for quite a long time and the lavender truly helps to relax me and get my mind off of the pain. The heaviness of it is comforting and helps to put pressure with the heat but in my case, being that I have to be careful with what I lift, it is a bit more difficult for me to pack in my my bag when traveling. That being a small drawback and really only relates to someone in my current situation but I felt it important to write about. Otherwise I can not recommend this product enough and will definitely use it even after I am healed!

I use mine year round for a multitude of uses. I can lay it between my lower legs to increase circulation, I can lay it so that my spine rests directly on it and it reaches my whole spine from top to tail bone, I use it for my neck, a crampy belly, and for keeping warm. Generally, I prefer to heat it with a mug of water, which increases microwave time but it prevents over cooking the hot pack and delivers a moist heat therapy for muscles. Sometimes I'll just throw it in the microwave without any water for a quicker heat time.I got mine March 2017 and it's much better than the updated one I got in September 2018. (the updated one has 3 chambers instead of two) The filling feels all natural and seed like, which means it'll hold heat longer.This one heats up quickly and holds the heat for quite awhile. The scent, sadly, lasted only a couple of months. I prefer it without any scent, though, because it was quite an overwhelming smell of lavender. I believe you could "recharge" it with essential oils but I'm not going to.Anyway, I love it. I hope they still make it the same way as I'm looking to get another.

It heats adequately in my microwave. The weight is good but hard to keep evenly distributed. Easy to use. I wish the lavender scent was stronger

This SunnyBay Microwave Heating Pad takes about 2 minutes to heat in the microwave and reasonably last about 45 minutes. You can literally use it as suggested on the neck, and shoulders however we use them to take the chill off our feet, back and knees. You can use it as a heat pack or an Ice Pack. The scent of Flaxseed and Lavender is pleasant and after a year still provides fragrance. IMPORTANT follow the instructions for heating so as not to burn the contents and for using it as an ice pack it’s important to seal it in a plastic bag to preserve its heating and icing functionality. It measures in at 26 x5 Inches.

I like the fit, fits around my thigh and holds the heat.Not crazy on the smell but that’s just me, I’m not a fragrance lover. Couldn’t fit one with no smell.Very happy with product
