We buy these instead of buying directly from our water softener company because of the price difference. They do exactly the same thing. Same quality, if not better. I have this product on auto ship and have for several years.

All good. Hard to find in box stores and appreciated we could find on Amazon and fairly quick delivery.

Been using these for years no the work very well

This is our 2nd purchase of these filters for our whole house filtration system. The 1st filter in line collected the majority of all the sediment and impurities so the 2nd filter didn’t have any visible sediment. These are efficient and self align in the filter housing making them easy to install.

Fits perfectly

My water tests off charts for iron. I used to use pleated filters, but even changing them every month was no good. Everything was still turning brown it seemed like overnight. These filters are a godsend for me. Although I suspect they're intended to last longer, I change it every 8-10 weeks. Within this timeline, I'm not scrubbing rust stains, and my water doesn't smell. I'll keep using these until they come thru my neighborhood with city water, and maybe longer.

I'd say these are good substitutes for the GE GXWH60T whole house water filter. I was looking for replacement FXWPT filters the same size and it fits perfectly. If you're stuck trying to find the original GE model, these are good substitutes.I'll check out the dirt collection in six months and write an update on this review. There wasn't much of a dirty filter for the first change, and if after six months it looks about the same as in the photo, then I'll replace the filter every year.

I've used these for a couple years on my well and they've worked great. They lasted a year each just fine with no loss in water pressure for me. I originally bought these because another popular brand wasn't in stock during the pandemic and am happy with their performance and will buy again.
