**Q: Can I use it to grate vegetables instead of cheese?**
A: Maybe...depending on the vegetable. There is only one grater ring and it makes cheese that's too thick for my liking (think coarse grate on a four sided grater). It probably would work for some vegetables...you'd have to cut them to make them fit. Give it a shot!
