Got what I paid for☹️
Like most of the reviews here ( I should have read them first)..... Misrepresentationin the picture, cheaply made, poorly packaged and no instructions. I'm sure if it did have instructions they'd be done in crayon. If this product taught me anything, it taught me reviews are more important than price.

This thing works great! Haven’t seen much ground squirrels coming around anymore.

You get what you pay for
I got this product last week to tackle the squirrel issue since the Slinky method didn’t work. This works great so far, but had a hard time putting it together since there were no instructions included in the box. It was also pretty difficult to unroll because the plastic is so hard. I ended up rolling it up the opposite way and using a zip tie to hold it in place for about an hour so it would lay flat once unrolled. All you get is the cone, a bracket, a few screws in 2 different sizes, an some zip ties. I had to google how to install this because there were no instructions.

Don't waste your money
Because I have multiple poles, I need 2 baffles for each one so that a squirrel cannot climb up pole #1 under the baffle and jump over the top of the baffle on pole #2. My original ones were great (metal) but were 16 in. I wanted something a bit smaller for the top baffle, as the 16 in ones hit some of the bird feeders. It is hard to find less than 14 in, so I was excited when I saw this. First issue is totally my fault - it is plastic. I can almost guarantee the squirrels will eat it. But it does say that, so that is on me. However, what is not on me is the shoddy construction and packaging. It is wrapped so tight that after 24 hours of trying to flatten it out so I could line up the holes, it was still very mushed, so doesn't make the typical baffle shape. It was all but useless. It might stop the squirrels for a few days while they have to chew through it.

not circular
Being that the material is a thick plastic and it comes rolled up tight like a burrito, when you unroll it it has this weird flat taco shape. It is not circular the way other metal baffles are. It was rolled so tight it formed in that position that it was hard to unroll. I don't think it would function well as protection against squirrels, however in this case I'm mainly using it to keep rain off the feeder so I think it'll be okay with the oblong shape of my feeder. No instructions were included either but it did include a small bag with zip ties and some metal parts that I'm presuming would allow you to mount it to a pole as opposed to hanging it over the top of the feeder.

Piece of junk. Description deceiving.
Please do not waste your time and money in purchase this item. It is a piece of junk. I can't even believe Amazon continues to sell this. It arrived in a makeshift box that had something sticky on it. The so-called baffle was a piece of plastic that was cut in the shape of a baffle and rolled up very tight so it fit in the box. When I attempted to attach it to the feeder pole it was so misshapen that I couldn't even attempt to get it to work. There are holes on the edges that I think you're supposed to use the fasteners to tie it together. I don't even know how else to explain this piece of junk but please don't buy it. We are going to send it back in the fact that we even have to go through the whole rigmarole of putting it back in the box and bringing it to a drop off location is insulting given the condition of whatever this was to fool me into being a baffle.

suuirrel guard
Guard is very hard to put together, not as easy as the video shows. Also never fans out completely. Stays flat on one side.
