agressive and easy paring, I have them around my neck clipped ...
Fitting set up a little confusing at first, works very well, quick, agressive and easy paring, I have them around my neck clipped to my collar all day for work and play. Hardly notice they are there when in standby mode, sound quality comparable to $50 wired buds. These units are so useful I own two pair, they charge in about an hour and last all day for hands free phone, and navigation. Jamming music will last half day, comes with extra buds.

Not a good purchase.
I bought these headphones for running, but they were uncomfortable and the sound quality was poor even at a light jog. I could hear every step I took. They weren’t very comfortable either, but I just assumed it was because my ears are on the smaller side. Then, less than six months after owning, they stopped working altogether. I would not recommend buying these and will be looking for something higher quality.

Great headphones. 8/13/18 Update: AWESOME headphones.
I purchased these because I lost my first pair and it's not on the Jaybird website anymore.I really really loved my first pair. This refurbished one is great also but after 4 months am experiencing some issues with it.Every now and then it will turn off for no reason and I'll have to turn it on again. Sometimes there is some crackling in the sound. This doesn't happen very often so I give it a pass especially considering I use them very heavily every day. Overall good quality and comfortable.8/13/18 UPDATE: Have had these headphones for approximately a year and 2 months now and it has finally quit on me (kinda). The left ear piece finally gave out. Right side still works just as good as day 1.I was very surprised at the longevity of these headphones because I use these Every. Day. for at least 6-8 hours (my work allows headphones so I have it on constantly and recharge every night). This is not including the 1 to 2 hours I have it on for gym use 3-5 days out of the week and the sweat proof feature really comes in handy. Absolutely recommend because even though my pair has given up after over a year, I have to admit that I really put mine through the grinder with wear and tear.Added notes: I read some of the other reviews on here and wanted to elaborate on my experience.-If you have small ear canals, these might not be the right choice for you. I find these comfortable but I've been using earbuds for sports/exercise for many years and also prefer the fit because these will not fall out even when I tug on the wire.-As for the sound, it is not going to be the best/top quality but i would say it's still up there. I even hear more details from these headphones than I do from the generic speakers in my car.-It's not going to be noise cancelling either but it will muffle a lot of sounds. I prefer to be able to hear ambient noises as I like to run at the park or am asked something at work.-The bluetooth connectivity was always reliable. Did not have any problems with it unpairing. As I said before, it would randomly turn off every now on then but turning it back on it would always resume connection. Might depend on phone or other electronic you have connected to it.-Was really great for phone calls. People heard me a lot clearer talking into these than if they had to hear me talking to them on speaker phone.

Love them!
I love my jaybirds! They are comfortable and I'm really happy with its battery life. Took a bit to get used to the controls but eventually got the hang of it. Worth the money on these!

great quality earphones ...but!!
I bought this and I knew what I was getting when I read refurbished, they still might be some defects, the earphones work good but one of the earphones came apart, I was able to repair it with some glue the other thing that I didn't like was that it came with just one pair of earphone tips and it doesn't even fit my ear I tell ya' it's a struggle but i still get to enjoy the quality sound of the earphones...wish they could have put the other set of earphone tips.

Not for small ear canals
UPDATE - AUGUST 2018: They stopped working just outside of owning for 1 year. Not only were they uncomfortable to use, but now they no longer work. This was a bad purchase and not recommended.Original Review: The sound is great, if these are not meant for small ear canals. They hurt so bad after 15-20 minutes. I’ve tried all of the available options for the earbuds but the actual earpiece is larger than most normal earbuds. I think I will give them to my boyfriend since I don’t use them much due to the discomfort. However the battery life is great and the packaging and design is well thought out and intuitive.

You won’t find a better set of wireless earbuds
I use my Jaybirds on the daily. Lasts all day, easy, on an overnight charge; sometimes even two days. Can not recommend these enough, used them for the better part of 5 years and they still work and look as if they’re brand new.

Just buy a new pair
I was pretty excited about these headphones. They mailed them with a signature required. I didn't know that. I had to wait an extra day because my $85 headphones needed a signature. I can get past that. What I can't get past is the way they packaged the headphones. They had the stripped down headphones without the tips or the plastic "ears" folded over a few times and twisty tied up. Really? A bread tie? Not only does that look terrible when you open it, but I can't wait for one of wires in it break from being kinked in there. After trying to put the pieces onto the headphones without any instructions in it I finally googled a picture put them together. The battery was dead. I don't know how long it has been completely dead, but I have almost zero expectation the battery will last a year in these. I am just going to stick with the $35 Senso's I bought before these. I would just pay a few bucks more for a new pair. These are not worth what you save.
