Too many bells and whistles
Overall, great product. Bright lights, and can’t beat the price for the quantity. But, it appears that in their effort to make these lights over the top awesome with the 4,927 different settings ranging from flashing to alternating to solid to fading in and out and back again- the list goes on- they created a problem. We live in 2021 and therefor I was planning on using a smart plug to easily put my lights on a schedule so they’d automatically turn on and off the same times every day and I’d never have to even think about it.So here’s the problem: every time you cut the power to the lights then turn them back on it defaults to the first pattern- the flashing and fading and alternating etc. Which some people might like, but as for me and my house, we just want solid glowing lights. No flashing etc.BUT, it’s looking like I’m either going to have to get used to the flashing and fading and alternating, OR, every night when they come on go outside with the provided remote and cycle them through to the “solid glow” setting.Which obviously defeats the whole purpose of having an autonomous Christmas lights setup. Not to mention the receiving box for the remote is on my roof so I’m standing in the middle of my lawn trying to get a connection so I can cycle through.Won’t be returning them as I already installed them on my house before I realized this issue. Just thought I’d share my experience in case this is a deal breaker for anyone.

This lights are not truly outdoor ready
The controller box (for the various modes of lighting) and the power adapter are not water proof or really water resistant. Buried in the instructions there is sentence that explains you must use the extra long lead to plug the lights into an outlet inside.

Plugged in twice. Second time half the strand when out. Not what id expected for 46.00
More china junk that cost 50x what is worth and breaks the second time it was plugged in. Id return them but already put them on the decoration i bought them for and now half of them are out

Misleading
This product is advertised to have 8 light modes and colors other then 2. However There are only 2 different colors going on on the lights. Green/blue and the other is red/orange. When they're flashing together it gives the illusion of rainbow lights but all light modes are red/orange flashing or fading, and same goes for the green/blue combo. However Theyre nice quality lights and are very bright. They wrapped around my house twice almost 3 times and i have a decent sized home. 3 bed and 2 bath with a garage. Would i recommend this product? It depends. As a rainbow christmas light i would. As a multicolored light with lots of options i wouldn't. It's misleading in its advertisement as more then 2 colors options.

No remote included with 2 boxes sent to me!
I bought 2 boxes and neither box had a remote in them -just the batteries. The lights are bright but the colors are dull - light blue, light green, ect. I'm sending both boxes back.

Would have been great
This would have been amazing if they worked! Took over an hour stringing them up and when me and my husband tried to turn them on for the reveal, they didn’t work what so ever! We tried everything and they won’t turn on. So disappointed as we took so much time putting these up .

Multi color has only THREE colors + white
The advertised photo of the “multi color” option VERY clearly looks like a pastel candy rainbow with a lot of purple and pink. In reality, there are only four colors. Blue, green, red, and yellowish-white (was hard to capture all 4 colors on my camera phone, but I uploaded an image anyway so you get the general idea). I am really disappointed that they used a photoshopped image in order to advertise a product that doesn’t actually exist. What a total rip off.
