Most people have these on hand, but if you don't you can legitimately find some at a dollar store if you don't want to invest. As far as the quality goes, I am pretty pleased. It is definitely as good if not better than what you will find at Target/Walmart, and better than anything you can find at Lowe's/HD at this price. Heck, the cheapest Lowe's offered was $8.99, and that was for an ugly composite "wooden" towel ring that weighed less than the ten dollar bill I would have paid for it with.
