I’m not going to discourage you from buying this clock because of the directions provided…you don’t even need them…it’s a wall clock. Put some batteries in, set the time, and hang it on the wall. That being said, I love this clock! The colors are great, looks modern and vintage at the same time. It is very lightweight, so a good picture hanger works fine. The gears have a 3D layered effect, which makes the clock look more high end. The large gears don’t move, but the tiny gear where the two hands meet does. Takes one AA battery (not included). Keeps good time. Overall, very satisfied with this clock for the price. Very unique design.

We really like this 24 Inch Large Gear Wall Clock. We're big-clock people and this is one of our favorites. It is industrial-chic, faux-antique, and minimalist, all at the same time.It's light weight but more than adequately constructed.This would be a five-star product if it were not for the fake English instructions. The words are English but, strung together, they mean nothing. Yet they rattle on long enough about potential difficulties with the product that as a new owner of this product I really would have liked to know what they mean.I speak, read, and write several languages, have lived in several countries other than my place of origin, and currently live and work in one where a language is spoken that I have had to learn. The only reason this fragment of autobiography is pertinent to this review is to serve as evidence that I am not an English-only bigot while I ask this question: Is it really to much to ask that a manufacturer that has gone to the trouble of designing, producing, and selling a $70 product would spend a few dollars more to hire a translator who knows the language of his intended market well enough to honor its customers by speaking to them in it?

Very cool clock. All metal and great quality. Looks great in my family room.

Got this replace a previous, similar clock. It’s nice, seems to keep decent time, and works well with our style.
