Useless machine and no customer support
This new basics machine stopped working after using it just two times. I bought this 3 months ago. When I contacted the customer support at number, they simply said they can't send electricians to repair it. This heavy machine is not easy to carry outside to repair. We regret buying this machine. No baisc customer support even in warranty period. Amazon should remove such products and fine such companies.
