YETIRambler 14 oz Mug, Vacuum Insulated, Stainless Steel with MagSlider Lid, Harvest Red

I’ve been after a decent hard wearing thermal mug for the campervan for a long time. Foolishly kept buying cheaper ones before seeing the Yeti.A big mug at 14oz but ideal in capacity & stability for me. I’ve been using it in the house for the past few days & can verify that it keeps hot drinks very hot for at least 3hrs & probably longer. Not tried cold drinks as I didn’t buy it for that.Washes out well & because it’s a big mug you can get right into it for cleaning. I also like the fact that the ‘magslide’ thingy comes off the clear lid so it’s easy to wash & dry underneath where it sits, then just click it back on. The clear lid itself is thick, clear plastic & the seals are rock solid. I’ve tipped it upside down & no spillage - maybe when it’s been used for a few months that won’t be the case but I won’t be making a habit of it. I didn’t buy it as a travel mug.All in all I’m very happy with it &, hopefully, it’ll justify its price tag. Another advantage for me is that replacement lids & magslides can be purchased separately if required. My wife is also a fan of the Yeti mug & asked for one too but at 10oz in Sea Foam - being delivered tomorrow. Cheers.

Excellent mug , you don’t get many products that are built to last but this is, you can tell it’s really well made and thought out design wise

Perfect for use while gardening or doing DIY outside as it is very robust and has a great lid. Very effective at keeping drinks hot for ages. Not tried it for cold drinks but as a vessel to take tea or coffee down the garden on a chilly day while you do stuff with occasional slurps between tasks this is brilliant.

An excellent thermos mug. Well made,very sturdy but also trendy. Sadly mine came with the black slide on the lid. This was very annoying as it was a gift!

The insulation on this mug is so good it can be dangerous, you pick it up and the mug feels cold so you take a swig and find it's still scalding. Once you get used to being careful you can really appreciate how hot it keeps your drink, which is a definite bonus as it's big and takes a while to drink. Being wide also makes it stable when putting it down on uneven surfaces

Bought as a present. First one delivered wad damaged, but replacement procedure worked well.

First review, but I have purchased a number of these over the last couple of years -- and use one daily at work. Great mug, strong insulation, tremendous colors, and is very well made. The lid fits well, and the slider provides great access when you want a sip and prevents escape when you don't. This tropical pink color is a real showstopper, though the same could be said of the many other colors. It makes a fantastic gift -- as I have given away many of these, and they are always well received (and well used). The one drawback here would be price -- so catching a sale might be a better way to go (as they are typically $5-$10 higher priced than I imagine they should be).

This mug looks and feels great. It has a wide flat bottom that is very stable. It keeps the temprature of the liquid within for a long time if the lid is on. It leaks if tipped over but only a little due in part to how the closing clip is made. It uses magnets to hold it in place, this makes it easy to clean and care for but not leak proof. Again, this is a great mug!
