Ghirardelli Sweet Ground Chocolate & Cocoa Powder, 3 lb with Spoon

First off, it's Ghirardelli, so you can't go wrong here, & this puts the 'D' in Delicious! Nope, I've never baked with it, but that's not how I use it. I just make a nice chocolate shake in my blender when I'm craving a chocolatey goodness & BAM...Craving taken care of without eating a pound of chocolate chip cookies. Yes... a Win-Win for ME!!

Real deal. Serious chocolate flavor. Smooth. Strength. Worth the money. Great for milkshakes and hot chocolate add to recipes and coffee.

I got this for Mochas and it's the first chocolate I've tried for that and it's okay. It may be better if I was using different coffee beans as it seems to clash a bit instead of complementing it but I can see this being great for hot chocolate and other things too. I'll definitely have more of this as I go through other coffee beans and will see how it works.

No, this is a solid metal spoon that you can definitely reuse for a long time to come. The ingredient list tips you off right away that you're about to experience a whole new level of hot chocolatey goodness. Let's compare shall we? The first five ingredients in SwissMiss are: sugar, corn syrup, modified whey, and then finally cocoa, and hydrogenated coconut oil. Ew, that certainly doesn't sound appetizing, and there's still more ingredients. That's it, five ingredients TOTAL. And you can immediately smell and taste the difference. This is a drink to be savored, my newly enlightened friends. I have been using this product for years. I drink hot chocolate every morning. This is this BEST.
