Great deal for 13k range...Loved the installation and other services from 'cult' fitness...If you are beginer at geared bicycle riding, be aware of the gear ratio since its a 7x3 geared cycle...other wise you may endup in breaking the crank or casset...You might need to purchase a cusioned seat cover if you are going to use it regularly...note that the product doesn't have bell in case you need to ride ourside you might need one...Also you might need to check the gear transmissions are working correctly if not you can adjust watching videos from youtube..I am saying this i because i needed to do so...I would give 5 star rating since they delivery and support was amazing...Go for it if you are looking for a cycle having smooth ride and weight less alloys...

Over all Product is excellent . ... Except for - seat fitment and lock system. Technician for installation - not fully professional to install. Moreover in my case - sit lock was broken by teachnician which was claimed that will be replaced and sent back but no body arrived yet.

Cult Free Diet Plan, Free Trainer Sessions, Cycling Event are a boon with the purchase. It came with Free Doorstep Installation and Cult executive prompty contacted on delivery and arranged for the the service technician for installation. The technician was polite and courteous and completed his job in a professional manner. Thank you Amazon and Cult.

Worst product ever . The tyre is defective. The front wheel axle is not working. The clamp of the lights is missing. Gear does not work properly. It is not even worthy of one star.

The company's support was in touch with me to ensure that I had assembled the cycle properly. After receiving confirmation that the cycle was assembled correctly, I received a call from Cultsport's Arpita Ghosh Biswas, who consulted with me regarding my diet plan. Overall, the experience was good, and even cycling is attractive. I only had one issue: while shifting the driver sprocket gear, it was a little bit hard for me, but it can be resolved by changing some gear settings.

Pros: I got a good deal considering the specs and the frame&rim size in comparison to similar products available online. Assembling the bike was simple and instructions were available in video format as well. Handle grips with wrist support, waterbottle holder, reflectors, stand, mudguard came with the package and didn't spend anything on these. Cons: Had deep scuff marks on the frame from the shipping. One downside when ordering these goods online.

Not recommended. The pedal comes off loose. The pedal hub and shaft could not bear the strain of pedalling. Left side pedal arm got dislocated. Unable to ride.
