I have been using kent water purifier for 12 years now. This is my second machine. I used my first one for almost 11 years. The quality of water is really great. Also they have 1year warrenty and 4 years of extended service. I would like to share my experience about their after service. I service this machine on 11th month and it was working great. I schedule a service on 13th month when the warrenty got over the same person came to service the machine and he said all ur filters have stopped working and u need to replace all of them which will cost me 11000. I told him to check the quality of water and the quality was fine so I said I don't want to change the filter and I also told him he should have told me before when he came 2 months back on which he just smiled without any reply. 2 months passed and my machine stopped working with some small sound. I called the service person again. The same person came and he told it's a filter change alarm and you need to change all the filters which will cost me 11000. I checked the quality of water it was good. So I told him I don't want to change the filter can we stop the alarm. On this he replied we can't do that the machine will work only if we change the filter. I told him to leave and searched on YouTube I found a small button on the alarm which resets the alarm. The machine is working fine without any filter change. Also the quality of water I great. This service person just want us to change filters and pay them money unnecessarily. Kent must look into such case's

Dear Amazon Customer Support, I purchased a water purifier from Amazon, and it has developed a serious defect. The unit is leaking water profusely, making it unsafe to use. The problems are: Continuous and heavy water leakage from the purifier. The auto shut-off function is not working properly. The drain water continues to flow even when the storage tank is full. Water keeps draining even after the power is switched off. The purifier is unusable due to these defects. This appears to be a manufacturing defect. I request an immediate replacement of the product at the earliest. Earlier I had contacted Amazon customer care. They had given me the Kent customer care number. I lodged complaint but no response till now.

No concerns after 4 months of usage. The TDS level can be adjusted with some efforts as required. Installation was quick and easy. I regret not purchasing this earlier. Totally value for money! The best filter in this price range. There may be some minor noises for few seconds, other than that it's quiet.

Kent is good company, product is so good
