We are so happy with our new faucet
We are so happy with our new faucet. Not only was the price amazing, the product is just as amazing. It works great; strong water flow and the arm swings from left to right with ease. It’s also a pretty show piece as we receive many compliments on it. I saw similar ones at Lowe’s and Home Depot and the price was double or almost triple the cost. They also weren’t as durable looking as this one. I am so glad I decided to purchase. It was also very easy to install which was and added Plus. Company has great customer service and even sent me an email a couple of months later to see if we were happy or had any issues. Will definitely buy from this company again when we replace our bathroom faucets. If you’re looking for this kind of faucet, you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic faucet
This is an absolutely beautiful and quality product (for the most part :) The aesthetics are far and above most of the faucet I have seen in home improvement stores regardless of price. Its just a pretty, massive and impressive faucet. My husband felt it easy to install with quality parts. I really love the height because it makes the sink space so much more productive and I rarely need to touch it because the water is at just the right depth. One thing I was disappointed about was the toggle...which I use a great deal. It was very loose and seemingly sloppily put together. I didn't understand why such a great product had this flaw. I was heartbroken because I thought I would have to send it back. However their customer service kept sending me emails at first I thought in a leave us a good review kind of way...but when I stopped read them they seemed genuinely interested in how the product was serving me; so I told them. They were very nice to work with and sent a new faucet head, and it wasn't any better but I tried removing the plastic andsimply using a bit of waterproof adhesive and reattching more tightly. Problem solved. It was such an easy fix it does not warrant taking a star for because I really do love this faucet. Would certainly recommend. (Stainless steel is absolutely wonderful but almost wish I went with the chrome because I bet that would have been amazing!)

You can't start this thing in "spray" mode without two hands
Unless I missed something in the manual, water flow only originates first as the aerated stream, where if you want the "spray" setting you must push the button on the nozzle AFTER the water is already flowing and away you go. My problem? If the nozzle isn't directly above the drain AND if there's nothing else in the sink blocking even a medium-force water stream the resulting refected "spray" of water bouncing off the sink bottom is messy (thank goodness for backsplash). Of course this isn't unusual or unexpected. But I suggest a design modification so a user like me can preset what I want first: the spray setting and not an aerated stream. If this faucet could only be set to start with the spray setting and not stream this would have been perfect for me (as opposed to sighing and deciding to live with it). As it stands, turning on THIS faucet will forever be a two-handed operation if I don't want reflected water spraying upward from the sink bottom when the faucet aims directly unobstructed or with no drain below. And often enough I only have one free hand to turn on the water. Decent enough for the price. Looks great. Naturally, if I didn't read the manual right and someone can tell me otherwise this review stands.

Disappointed
Was looking forward to having this installed after reading tons of reviews and finally deciding on this faucet. Unfortunately, I was at the mercy of contractors completing this project and by the time it was installed to discover that the sprayer is defective, it was past the return window. Works fine when on regular stream but when using the spray function, there are two hole that eject water literally sideways making it useless no matter which way I point the nozzle. Came with no instructions or info on warranty or who to contact with issues. Would be a simple fix if I could get a replacement head. Otherwise, this will go in the trash and money completely wasted.

Easy install, would have loved to keep this faucet, but it has it's issues.
Easy install, would have loved to keep this faucet, but it has it's issues. 1st, the way it arches is not how it arches in the picture, nice and round. My coil pushes the arch past the sprayer handle holder and doesn't look uniform. This then causes the hand sprayer to release itself on its own when turning the faucet on sometime. It released itself from the holder 4 times last night. One time my wife got sprayed with HOT water. The work around was to tie a kids hair rubber band around it to keep it from dislodging. This becomes a conversation piece when guest come over. Also, when you turn the water off, it doesn't stop dripping until about 5-8 seconds pass, and then it slowly continues to drip for about 1-2 mins. Decided to purchase a more expensive product since this one has some major design flaws. Also, the sprayer does not extend like others. The hose is already extended as far as it will go as you see in the pick. There is not a counter weight or more hose to extend.

Quality faucet looks great
This is a serious faucet - heavy and high-flowing. It looks great and it works well so far. The gooseneck design makes it easy to use as a hand-held sprayer. My previous faucet had one of those weighted hoses that hung down below the sink deck -- perhaps more compact, but inferior operationally. Installation was relatively easy -- two 3/8 compression fittings and one retaining nut to hold the faucet in place with some screws to tighten. A little concerned about the retaining nut -- my previous faucet had a nut frozen due to galvanic reaction from seepage. I'm not sure what material this nut is made from.OK, it just stopped working 12/23 and IDK why. Water suddenly does not exit the sprayer. Drips, yes.It turns out that the faucet head or sprayer has something wrong with it -- the faucet works with the sprayer off. Pacific Bay honored their warranty and sent me a replacement faucet head by mail at no cost to me, and it now works great once again.
