Lights would not enter pairing mode when first powered up. Have to remove fuse for 10 seconds, then put in and take out quickly 3 times. Lights will start up blink. Smart life app works. Auto connect worked.

Was very worried this would not work well or be super cheap with the price it was. But let me tell you it is amazing. Looks great and works every time I turn it on.

I have power and ground hooked up. The lights won't connect to their app. I know for sure the lights are getting power. I asked questions on the question board, and reached out to they customer service for 3 days and no answer. The instructions page that comes with it is not explanatory at all. It says things like a red light, turn on lights, etc which there is no red light on the light or box , and the lights don't turn on. So it would help if they say turn the car on or trigger the accessories and the underglow lights should automatically come on, and then u just sink into Bluetooth connection. Bc if they not connecting, turning on, but I know everything is setup right, how the eff I'm going to connect? And then it says turn off lights , turn them on, turn them off, turn them on to reset the lights if u having connection issues. So ok, if I can't connect to them, how am I going to turn off and on the lights? And when they aren't coming on period, how do u turn them on to connect? Or let me guess, defect? Janky product. Janky plastic company, and I'll make sure I let everyone know at the car meet to NOT get this brand. The provide a great amount of light, and can be used pretty much anywhere. This is a great addition to your car. Add some fun into your car for very cheap. I'm really enjoying these light strips. I would definitely recommend having these cool little lights in your vehicle!
