This is a wonderful book. The author goes in depth on a variety of topics related to spiritual protection. If you are an energy worker, healer, psychic, this is the book for you. The author tells you information that you will not find in any other book. The information shared is to keep you safe from harm. The author teaches the reader step by step instructions on how to protect themselves while practitioning while other books just tell you to go out and do it this book teaches you what important steps to take before you go out and do it. A very important read. I also like the author's style of being frank, honest and to the point!

It’s filled with exercises concerning spiritual and magical abilities and how to handle them. The author makes it apparent that the exercises within will help those cope with their abilities to control them. Yet also there is a strong emphasis about grounding, shielding, and magic. Lets dive into the details!The main focus of the book is about magical and spiritual protection. The first chapters deal with grounding and centering and how they are essential to any magical practice. I feel like this is where things started to truly make sense for me in the book. I’ve been practicing magic since I was a teen but never really got into a serious practice of it until about five years ago. This book really helped me understand the basics of what is essential magic in terms of grounding and centering. I can’t stress enough of the enhancement I feel when I perform my own personal rites of grounding and centering. It was something most people just touched base on but never really went into depth with. This book was very immersive for me. It was hardcore and it turns out it was just what I needed to truly understand what it is that I am doing, to enhance my practice with..well..spiritual protection.The author of course gives her own ideals about things and says she will use almost anything from making witch bottles and peeing in them to pricking her finger and using her blood for serious rituals. She tends to take rituals and things from other cultures and deems it as if it works then she will use it. Some people might have a problem with this, especially if they’re big on appropriation. I just choose to not personally use those rituals and stick to something mainly european in origin. I tend to be on the original side of things and just use most people’s suggestions as just a basis for my own work. In other words, I make my own way in creating my own form of a ritual that doesn’t involve all the details or symbols of other cultures or whatever, so this wasn’t a big problem for me personally.She also speaks of runes and how they need to be fed in order to be truly effective. I don’t personally find this true but I have noticed that when you use blood it makes them more effective. Yet also that they are spirits in and of themselves, which I knew already. However even though she has such respect for the runes she also gives less talk about plants and using them without really talking about them and what they might want for offerings or whatever. However this is a minor thing and isn’t really something she talks about a lot. I’m just the kind of person who tries to treat all manner of wights with dignity and respect, not just an object to be used for a spell.I found her topic of reaction sickness to be especially true for me. Reaction sickness is essentially what happens when you don’t ground or shield correctly. Headaches, dizziness, fatigue, blood sugar issues, and at the most extreme is shock. This particular topic helped me to understand just what exactly is happening to me when I don’t do these things and the dangers they pose if you don’t do them.She says grounding is essential and covers this very clearly in the front part of the book. She says that without grounding properly you can’t do a lot of things like healing or magic because you don’t have a foundation to grab on to, which can be exceedingly dangerous. I just never personally realized how true this is and how important it is for me. It really opened my eyes to the reality it had to my practice and what has personally happened to me through my own experiences. This just put it right in my face and not only reminded me but brought into light the details of why something happens when I don’t ground or shield.Other entities were spoken of in here as well and what she says about the ascended masters at the near end is quite interesting and how about nothing comes without a price of some sort.All and all I have to say this book was not only informative but truly eye opening and basic. She didn’t over complicate things, she just said it exactly how she saw it. It was very straightforward. I would recommend this book to anyone who is in need of a refresh of these things but also to the beginner who is just starting out! Get this book and glean from it! You may find it was just what you needed!

This book was easy to read through and was not confusing. The author even has points at the end of the book as a quick recap and also provides other books that may help you become more educated.

Best protection against psychic and emotional attacks that I've ever found, they are effective and easy to do.

Some good things to think about in terms of protecting yourself spiritually.

This is by far the best spiritual protection book that I have ever bought. I bought several others at the same time, but have not even read them because this one is so good. I am almost finished with reading this book and for me it has been a blessing because I am an empath and I feel that I finally have a way to control all of the negative things and energy around me. Book teaches you how to shield yourself and the stuff really works, at least for me.

So much knowledge, no filler or fluff, will be incredibly useful. There is a lot more to shielding than I imagined. Taking copious notes.

No veo que sea para principiantes, por una parte, pero recomiendo leerlo al principio de tu viaje y luego después de haber avanzado más y regresar y tratar de implementar todas las técnicas. Looks like a great book but I got as far as page 29 on my Kindle version of this book and there are 2 pages missing. It has put me off reading any further which is a shame. If there is any way of correcting this I'd love to know about it.
