It works like a charm through multiple walls both wood and metal
I have to say this is one slick gadget. I used it to turn on my barn light from the house which is over 300 feet away. It works like a charm through multiple walls both wood and metal. Well worth the Money and simple to install

Breezesmile Wireless Wall Switch - Outstanding!
Product arrived in a timely fashion. It is a small compact receiver unit with a wall plate switch. I was disappointed to read the manufacturer's instructions where it said DO NOT place the receiver in a metal box (such as an electrical ceiling box) as it most likely would not function reliably. This had been my intention when I ordered the unit. However I went ahead with connecting it to my ceiling electrical power per the instructions after determining an alternate location for the receiver. Being a ceiling installation in a closet was the only thing that made the installation challenging. The system itself worked flawlessly upon completing the installation. I tested it's receiver range by using the wall switch as a "handheld unit" while walking around for various distances in the bedroom and it worked every time. Even with the closet door closed. Satisfied I mounted the wall switch. It has been installed for several weeks now and I am very satisfied - excellent product.

Worked great, and now it is convenient to turn the laundry room light without tripping in the dark
Edit: Update after 23 months of use Purchased May 24, 17, it is now May 6, 2019. This is still working perfectly and doing the job well. This device arrived on time and was well packaged. If I really wanted to complain, it would be that I had to get a magnifying glass to read the instruction book for the receiver/controller. The inch by 2 inch folded 3 times sheet was difficult to read without some extra magnification. I put this in a location where I had added on a laundry room which got power from a set of wires which were almost impossible to attach a switch to operate the lights. So, I had run another piece of nmb 12 from the line in to the light a different direction to another location where I thought I wanted the switch. Of course, the "hot" line was attached to the switch and the other line went back and hooked to the "hot" side of the light, which worked excellently for the last 12 years or so, but the location turned out to be VERY wrong and the light was constantly left on because of the inconvenient switch location. Initially I could not figure out how to make this switch work since it required power to operate the wireless receiver controller. I noted that I did have a regular line coming into the same enclosure which powers a light outside. So, I reasoned that the "neutral" line could be joined with the neutral that was already wire nutted together. I hooked about an 8 inch jumper to that wire nut and the other end to the neutral IN on the controller. I had already hooked the "hot" line in and out to the controller. After pushing the pairing button for about 3 seconds and then operating the switch, it worked just fine. After closing it all up, I then went and brought my wife to help me decide where SHE wanted the switch. She chose the location, I installed it, and it works just fine, with no issues at all. I will be getting some more of these for other applications and for some of my handyman clients.

Great solution for a potentially expensive problem.
Saved my a headache and the expense (SSS) of re-routing wires during a remodel. Easy to connect and hid the receiver in the light fixture base in the ceiling. Easy to mount the transmitter on the wall. Easy to sync the two together. We love the fact that it needs no battery; the physical movement makes enough kinetic energy for the transmitter to work. And during my remodel, I needed to turn off the power twice after installation (for other work); the transmitter and receiver stayed synced even after a few powerless hours. I expect the same if we ever experience a power outage. My only negative: makes an audible click when turned on or off. Not a problem in our situation, but some might find it bothersome. Wish it wa a silent switch, but we are probably hearing part of the kinetic movement for the transmitter to work. All in all... I plan to buy two more for the next step of our remodel work.

Best choice for creating three-way lighting where needed.
The only reason this gets 4 stars is because of its size. It would work out a lot better if it was big enough to take the place of the original wall switch.I was able to hide the controller inside the original wall switch, then put a solid cover over that wall switch. In other words, the original wall switch was replaced with one of these and then another one placed where needed for a three-way operation. Totally fantastic!I did run into one problem. If the two switches are not activated just right, then there are times when toggling the switch does not toggle the light. Minor inconvenience. I have two sets of these working in my home now. One for the living room and one for the kitchen where both places needed an extra light switch.

Working but waiting to see it it lasts
After a fair amount of struggle to get this installed in a double gang switch housing (wiring was difficult to bend into a position) I replaced a standard single pole switch with this wireless unit. It seems to be working for now but I am going to wait and see if I have a failure after a few weeks (as others have reported). I am hopeful that this switch replacement will work well and last for years to come. I will update this review in a few months with results.

My husband said this was the best thing since Reese's Pieces
My husband said this was the best thing since Reese's Pieces. We have a house built in the 1940's so there's lots of plaster walls (hammer a nail and you end up with a fox hole) so electrical has been a challenge. We had a light over the sink with pull chain access only which meant drilling into walls to run wires and a new outlet for an updated light. We used this wireless switch instead - attached it to the wall and no one is the wiser. It's new still but hasn't missed yet. We then got emboldened and added a light to a pot rack (hole was already there) and same thing - now the pot rack is the nightlight ...very nice.
