High-quality ones can definitely get you through a rough time or an emergency situation. I'm glad I decided to purchase these. They're pretty small, so they fit in my glove box. They're made out of a pretty good, water-resistant material and will probably last me a good 48 hours per blanket. Just to be safe, the material isn't too bad either—it actually keeps me pretty warm.

This was my savior during EDC weekend. The winds suddenly got strong and the weather dropped significantly. The blanket kept me warm and it was compact enough to store in my bag. It didn't rip and was pretty durable, even with the strong winds. It looks like aluminum but it kinda feels like plastic, but that didn't stop it from keeping me warm. It's also pretty compact so not heavy to carry around and can fit in your pocket if you wanted to.

For everything from shelter to signaling you can’t beat a good mylar sheet. Even though it is not insulated it can help prevent hypothermia or hyperthermia. Everyone should have a couple in their EDC, BOB, car, and first aid kit.

Product is as stated. Only issue is Amazon uses USPS as the delivery service which is not reliable for timely deliveries.

I bought several to keep in vehicles for emergency use in cold or over nite stays in a stranded car. They do not take up space and give you peace of mind. Especially for kids , elderly are handicap individuals they really keep you warm and are very light weight. You will never regret being prepared. They are a pretty good size too.
