Cosori Food Dehydrator, 5 BPA-Free Trays, 165°F Temperature Control, 350W

I recently purchased the COSORI Pioneer Food Dehydrator with 5 BPA-Free Trays (Model # CFD-N051-W), and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way! Firstly, I used this dehydrator to preserve the mangoes from the tree in my front yard, and the results were simply amazing. The dehydrator worked flawlessly, leaving me with perfectly dehydrated mangoes that tasted just as delicious as the fresh ones. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It's not too large but large enough to get the job done. I certainly like the digital display which shows time and temperature. It's easy to set and you get a constant readout of time and temperature until it's done. I've dehydrated several pounds of Chicken Gizzards and Chicken Hearts for my dogs and made Chicken Jerky from Chicken breasts.. It does a fantastic job of dehydrating the meat. I noticed others complained about the distance between the trays not being high enough. Well, read the manual and you will see you can place the trays so they stack about a half inch or more higher. You will need that height for thick slices of food. I have not had any issues with the distance between the trays. Overall I think this unit is one of the best out there for the price. It does reach 165F and is fairly quiet. If you want to do the occasional food dehydrating and don't need a large industrial unit this should work well for you. I highly recommend this dehydrator!

Revision to my previous review as promised: I contacted the company about the issue. They asked for some information and pictures then sent a replacement. I used it the other day, for the 1st time, and it worked. Customer service was great .... I'm confident they will continue to back the product. purchased this in January of 2026. I was thrilled to have this. But as of May 31, I'd only used it 5 times (1x a month essentially). Today, I prepped the food, arranged everything on the trays, then attempted to start the process. However, nothing happened. It wouldn't turn on regardless of the electrical outlet (that I tried). I left a message for the manufacturer requesting a refund or replacement. I will report back after I hear from Cosari.

Easy to use - setting time and temp. Noise level is very tolerable, not a whisper, just a low fan noise. Did a round of sliced apples, came out as expected. Much better than oven suggestion recipe. Instructions could be slightly larger print, hard to tell if 1/4, 1/2 … cup without magnifying glass or loop. Drying times in recipes vary widely - up to 8 hours. Recipe guide cheat sheet contradicts many recipe times. There are some “funny” temps too - 158? Not 155 or 160 F. Trays are easy to clean and stack with little difficulty, extra tabs to allow higher pieces, is nice. Instructions do not say if only using 2 or 3 trays, can you stack just those, or do you need to always all 5 all the time. Auto off feature is great, don’t have to worry when time is up, which is usually at night, so by morning they’re cool and ready. Trying some bourbon peach’s (in season) next. Can’t wait to try some jerky.

Love this thing! Like having temperature settings. It is quiet enough to sleep while running. Great results for the price.

We like this dehydrator. I only needed 4 trays one time I used it and it was great. I like the fact I can use some of the tray and still get good results. It’s just the right size for the kitchen counter. I think I will enjoy this for a long time.

I love it so far. I have dried strawberries, peppers, celery, and working on onions and mushrooms as I write this. Simple to use, price great, perfect for me and my hubby. I have zero bad to say so far.

Da mein klassischer Dörrautomat eines anderen Herstellers aufgrund von Temperaturschwankungen kaputt ging, entschied ich mich für ein leistungsstärkeres Modell mit völlig anderem Aufbau und Trocknungsprinzip. Es ging mir auf die Nerven, die Tabletts von dem alten Dörrautomaten hin und her zu schieben und in der ganzen Wohnung herumzurasseln. Dieser Dörrautomat ist wirklich hochwertig: Die Trocknung erfolgt gleichmäßig auf allen Ebenen, der Reifegrad der Produkte lässt sich leicht überprüfen. Auch die Steuerung hat mir gut gefallen: möglichst intuitive Touch-Tasten sowie ein großer und heller Bildschirm, der den genauen Zeitpunkt des Trocknungsvorgangs und die Temperatur anzeigt. In meinem vorherigen Dörrautomaten gab es zwar einen großen Temperaturbereich, aber einen mechanischen und ungenauen Regler, aber hier ist alles klar und verständlich. Die Temperatur ist in 1-Grad-Schritten einstellbar, der Timer in 30-Minuten-Schritten. Es heizt sich recht schnell auf, das hängt von der gewählten Temperatur ab, aber selbst 70 Grad sind eine Sache von ca. 2-3 Minuten. Trocknet problemlos Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse, ich habe noch nicht versucht, Pastila zu trocknen. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Definitivamente un producto estupendo, yo soy fan de la carne seca y esta deshidratadora trabaja muy bien, super fácil de usar. 100% recomendado.

I bought this to take with me to Jordan to use because buying things online/shipping is so difficult and expensive here. I was so excited to read the reviews and try the dehydrator. The first use was fine. I dehydrated bananas, fruits and apples and even though it wasn't crispy like the pictures, it did the job. I wanted to try it out again and about 7 hours later, it stopped working. It won't turn on period. I am so disappointed because I do not even know how to return this. I have to ask a friend to take it when she visits NL but it might be too late to return. I really wanted to like this product but only on my second use, it died on me. What a disaapointment.
